To maintain the quality of publications and to prevent ethical misconduct or plagiarism, the editorial board of INDUSTRIA: Journal of Industrial Engineering UHAFIZ, published by Universitas Prof. Dr. Hafiz, MPH, establishes the following publication ethics guidelines. These ethical standards apply to authors, editors, reviewers, and journal managers and are guided by the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Reporting
Authors must present accurate, clear, and comprehensive research results related to industrial engineering and industrial management. Research data must be properly stored and available for verification if required.

Originality and Plagiarism
Submitted manuscripts must be original works of the authors. Any use of ideas, data, or words from other sources must be properly cited. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.

Authorship
Only individuals who have made significant contributions to the research should be listed as authors. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have approved the final manuscript.

Manuscript Errors
Authors are obligated to promptly notify the editorial board if significant errors or inaccuracies are discovered in the published or submitted manuscript.

Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that may influence the research or its interpretation.

Human Factors and Ethical Clearance
Research involving human subjects, ergonomic assessments, workplace observations, or surveys must clearly state ethical approval or informed consent where applicable.

Publication Decisions

Fair Play
Editors must evaluate manuscripts fairly and objectively without discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, or institutional affiliation.

Confidentiality
Editors must ensure the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not disclose any information to unauthorized parties.
